Dr. Hamed Koushyar
DDS | General Dentist
Dr. Koushyar studied Biochemistry and Cell Biology at UC San Diego, then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the USC School of Dentistry. His clinical focus is endodontics and minimally invasive dentistry, and he keeps current through continuing education courses with leading experts in the field. He works from a thorough, precise diagnosis so that treatment leads to predictable outcomes.

DDS | General Dentist
Dr. Fares grew up in Ontario, California, in a family of dentists. She earned a bachelor's degree in Biology at UC Irvine and completed dental school at UC San Francisco. She returned to the Inland Empire to practice, and she is particularly interested in oral health education. Patients can expect a thorough examination and a treatment plan built around their own concerns.

My husband and I saw Dr. K. and we loved him! The entire staff was amazing. Right when you enter the dentistry, you feel like you’re in good hands. Dr. K takes his time, explains all the details, and is super gentle. Debbie in the front and Julie the hygienist were amazing. We will take on the drive from LA any time!

Went in for my regular check up today. The office is always efficient, polite, and cheerful. Doctor is very thorough and does not try to find things to ‘fix’, I have had some unnecessary work done in the past with other dentists. We have been going to this dentist for a couple of years now and the care is very good and consistent.
Dr. K & his staff are so welcoming & kind. My experience with them has been nothing but pleasant. I’m always nervous to see the dentist but this was a calming & relaxed experience, even during my root canal. Thank you Dr. K & staff!
